The heads are hardened to a higher hardness, which means that their lifetime is significantly extended. By optimally adjusting the pressure, a balance is achieved between shearing performance and head heating.

All heads in this range can be reground at a later date and due to their increased hardness, there is no significant material loss during grinding. It is important to note, however, that the grinding of the heads should be entrusted to a professional, and this applies to all shear heads.

The colour of the head is black. These heads are compatible with MOSER 1245 Max45, MOSER 1245 Class45, WAHL 1247 KM2 and also for some OSTER, ANDIS, LAUBE machines.

The heads are made in the USA and are 100% tested for cut quality before shipping. The manufacturer recommends using a special, high performance WAHL Blade Ice 2999-7900 (4in1) spray to clean, cool and oil the cutting heads for regular maintenance during and after cutting.
