Unfortunately, we do not service shears of commercial brands such as Philips, Panasonic, Rowenta , etc. We also do not offer the sale of accessories (attachments, batteries, adapters, charging stands) for these brands.

Service orders can be brought in person or sent by post to our stone shop. Be sure to include your phone number and description of the defect. We are now enabling express collection of your shipment by Geis - all you have to do is contact us on 601 390 244. The price of collection is CZK 149. We do not recommend sending by Czech Post, unfortunately there are problems with delivery, especially for small shipments such as middle heads. We do not perform service at our stone branch.
