A professional clipper is a working tool. When something goes wrong, it does not necessarily need to be replaced. We provide diagnostics, adjustment, cleaning and replacement of commonly worn or damaged parts, with an emphasis on correct operation and the use of high-quality spare parts.

Professional clippers and shavers differ from ordinary consumer electronics in their construction, workload and availability of spare parts. That is why we focus primarily on professional brands and models we have worked with for many years.

Our service is carried out by experienced technicians. For repairs, we use original spare parts or parts supplied by the manufacturer whenever they are available for the particular model, and each repair is adapted to the specific machine and fault.

🚚 How does the service work?

1️⃣ You deliver the clipper to us – in person, using your own carrier or via our GLS Express Pickup service.

2️⃣ Include your contact details and a description of the fault – this helps us understand the problem more quickly.

3️⃣ We inspect the clipper – depending on the fault, we carry out diagnostics and the required servicing.

4️⃣ You can collect the repaired clipper in person or we will send it back to you.

The courier collects the parcel from you and, once the service is completed, we send the clipper back to you.

If no spare parts need to be replaced, we can also provide basic adjustment, cleaning, oiling and an operational check for many other brands. Whether servicing is possible always depends on the particular model and fault.

We do not service common consumer brands such as Philips, Panasonic or Rowenta and we do not supply attachments, batteries, adapters or charging stands for these brands.

Some non-professional Wahl and Moser ranges may not be repairable because the manufacturer does not supply spare parts for the specific model.
