Shipping

The selection of carriers varies by destination country — you will always see the specific options and shipping cost in your cart before completing your order. Orders above the set threshold ship free; we show how much is left to reach it right in your cart.

Delivery time

In-stock goods are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. If an item were not available within 5 business days, we will contact you and offer a delivery date or a comparable alternative.

Payment

The specific available payment methods may vary depending on the chosen carrier and destination country — we will offer them to you in your cart.

Online payments are processed for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Receipt and claims

Please check the shipment upon receipt. If you find any damage, draw up a report with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve everything quickly.
