• Bathe your dog before clipping with a quality shampoo – dirt accelerates blade dulling.
• After bathing, dry the coat with a dryer and brush – a coat that isn't matted is easier to clip and prevents "teeth" from forming.
• After each use, clean the clipper and oil the blade with special oil.
